Counselling is a vital mechanism
for performance improvement of an individual in several works of life in a
company moreover. It’s facilitate employees to envision things from a unique
view point and encourage them to draft their action created.
As explained by Willey and Andrew
cited in Roy (2011), counseling is a technique involving two individuals, one
seeking assistance and thus the various a professionally trained person helped resolved
issues to orient and direct him towards a goal, the result in his maximum
development and growth. Counseling services are therefore needed for
individuals having biological process issues due to the handicap they suffer in
any area of emotional either because of hereditary factors or setting
conditions.

to Effective Employee Counselling:

sharing their issues with manager/counsellor.

Lack of trust in counselling
procedure.

Providing counselling to
employees is a long and expensive method.

is defeated if the counsellor is ineffective.

benefits of workplace counseling for employees include:

their issues.

skills.
5. Developing effective solutions to issues.
6. Learning to look at issues with an additional

While workplace counseling are often helpful to employees, there also are many benefits for employers:

in productivity gains.
2. Decreased employee absenteeism.
3. Lower turnover rates among
employees.
4. Productive way to handle sensitive
situations or employees members with problematic behaviors.
5. Establish a reputation as an
employer that cares regarding employees.
Conclusion
Counselling
is explained as a discussion of an emotional drawback with an employee with the
overall objective of decreasing it. Its helps to grow assurance, understanding
self-control and skills to figure effectively in an organization.
